There is service that will allow you to track people and their associated web feeds. There is something called a follower model that tracks the feeds and folks.

The service is Whoisi, it supports the feeds of Twitter, LinkedIn and any RSS or Atom Feed. There is a feed activity interface that makes it easy to track all of your feeds.

The service will allow you track anyone. Go ahead and track me, I dare you.
