Flash Player and SEO have now joined.

The latest optimized version of Adobe Flash Player is going to be added to the YAHOO and Google Search engines. The newest SEO tool will help our search engines better index dynamic Web content, along with what is called Rich Internet Applications-RIA. This RIA includes the Flash file format or SWF-Shockwave Flash. The previous issue has been that the Flash has been kept away from being seen or searched by the search engines. This newest Flash Player update will increase the information of flash Dynamic web content that will indexed by the search engine with is optimized version. I will add optimize flash player to my website SEO todo list. What I understand is that pre-existing Flash based RIAs including content that loads at runtime, will be searchable without alteration. Cool, this saves developers allot of headache and companies lots of money not having to change code.

What this means is flash player is no longer the skunk of the animal kingdom in relation of seo and being found in the search engines.
