Mecanbe will enable you to track your goal milestones, like your 500th cup at starbucks or your 10K friends on Myspace. I guess you could keep track of your personal goals as well as team goals in an office session. Mecanbe has available self-assessments, group support and task outlines. Maybe I could track my 50th win in fantasy football league. The things you can track are endless.
