Sweating, Cooling and your AC compressor

In the south the Summers get really hot and humid. The temp can be 85 outside with 105 degree with humidity. This makes for some sweating. Now in the mornings I do not use the air conditioning, the saves me fuel and reduces wear on the ac compressor. In the afternoon, If I am driving by myself I will not run the air conditioning compressor, I just sweat. Sweating is a pastime in the south. The engine puts major stress on our air conditioning compressor along with the rest of the auto ac parts while driving. By chance it goes out you will have not cold.
