Looks like the folks at Mozilla are bring new life to it’s Thunderbird product. Thunderbird is an e-mail software product. Mozilla is fixing 9 patched nine security vulnerability bugs. It also looking like that Thunderbird 3.0 will be coming soon. The Thunderbird Alpha 1 preview has been sent for developers for over two months.

The bug patchs for Thunderbird, were fixed in Firefox that rendered theĀ  engine’s CSSValue array data structure. The vulnerabilities could be used by hackers to force a software crash along with running malicious code.

I have loaded and played with Thunderbird in the past, I think I will give it another try when they release version 3.
