Life changes everyday, we learn new things and experience for growth in wisdom. This all start when we are young and develop over our life time. Sometimes when our work takes more of our free time than we would like. This in turn reduces time to exercise or physical activities that we normally perform. I notice that when my activity slows I need to cut down on my intake other with my mass will increase. The use of diet pills are an option, but I would rather use small bits of exercise on a daily basis. You learn a lot about yourself by maintaining a daily program that you can take part in. The knowledge of training is just another part of wisdom. Use or loose it.
