Career Search Changes Remains the same

A few years back before the advent of the internet, when looking for a job the use of newspaper and word of mouth was about all you had to go by in your search.  This could limit a good full job descriptions when employers were trying to find an employee to fill a position. This all went a way with the introduction of the internet we use. Now you can display a full description of a job position and then some. This has made the internet a great tool for job search and find, the same to be said for employee finding.  The funny thing I have not found any of my jobs via the internet. My jobs were found via newspaper and word from a friend. I have been told that people find jobs from the internet want ads. It seems down south the group of folks I talk to have found there jobs like mine from word-of-mouth or newspaper.  Go figure that.  I guess I might need to start reviewing the newspaper again.
