Transcribing VoiceMail : Now it has frozen over

For year the issue of taking your voice mail and having put into words and emailed to you, is like when pigs fly analogy so to speak.  The folks at YouMail are providing  transcription service of your voicemails that can be sent to you as text to read on your cell phone instead of having you stop and check your voice mails. Cool do you not say? You will have the ability to choose between automated and human-powered voice-to-text transfers. The translations can save a lot of time listening to your message instead of reading.  This is something we were working on putting into place with customer service, but that is whole nother story.
