Last summer we moved to our dream home. It is surrounded by woods on three sides and has great curb appeal. To get the chldren a little happier about our move to the country we bought them a big swing set with monkey bars and the works. We were so happy and then it happened. In the late afternoon there are more mosquitoes then you can imagine. They are huge and determined to get anything from our poor dogs to my half eaten children by the time they come in. We would spray all kinds of things on our skin as well as bug lights from one end of our back yard to the nest. I bet they could see us from satelites. Nothing worked. With all of the diseases that moquitoes carry it is not just miserable but dangerous. We now look out of the windows in the late afternoon with our dogs inside as well. We can swim outside but nothing out of the water. It breaks my heart to miss out on our summer thanks to these intruders. Then I read the mosquito magnet reviews and I could not be happier to think that we have a way to get relief from these preditors. The people on the testimonials have the same exact problem that we do and when they used the mosquito magnet they caught so many mosquitoes that they took a picture of a full basket of them! A good point was brought up by another customer that if we all had one then imagine all of the mosquitoes that would no longer invade our summers. Think of all of the diseases that would not have a way to travel.
