When we returned home one afternoon we noticed that our dog Cleo was beginning to walk very slowly. She normally greets us at the door but as the years have gone by she would get there a little slower. We would walk slowly up to the door to give her more time. We had to take her to the vet as it was getting worse and she was diagnosed with a severe case of arthritis. He put her on Rimadyl. She began feeling so much better fairly quickly. We know one say she will not be able to do all the things that she loves to do but getting to that door to welcome us home is tops on her list.
