When my wife and I bought our first home we had no idea that if it looks too perfect then it probably is. We bought it with all of it’s fresh paint and shiny fixtures having no idea what was going to happen less than a year down the road. What you are about to read will make you appreciate a good plumber like a Houston Plumber. We were listening to the tv and all of a sudden we heard the loudest crashing sound. Our daughter came up from her playroom covered with white sheetrock dust all over her. Surprisingly she was not crying but she was a little scared. After making sure she was ok we ran downstairs to find the most devasting sight I had ever seen. Our entire ceiling had fallen due to the weight of the slow dripping faucet from and upstairs sink and worst of all it was in the wall we could not have seen it. We had a big repair bill on that one but we did gain a huge respect for plumbers and all of the hard work they do from pipe installations to repairs.
