In the age of digital technology cameras are everywhere. I do not know why anyone would think they could get away with anything without it being filmed by someone. Even children have cell phones with cameras. Our friends had an incident at their school where a child was picking on their child. No one believed it because the accused was such a great kid. One day she decided to give her child her cell phone so they could document the problem. It was worse then anyone realized and it was all captured on camera.
