There are so many people moving just on our street. There are families moving out and then another family moves in just about right away. This made me think about how large the US actually is and what makes people choose to move where they do. Then a friend of mine told me about a website to help you learn about the places you are considering moving. Raising a family with six kids while maintaining my budget has become a challenge. No longer were grocery coupons found in the Sunday newspaper enough.

I turned to the Internet service I found by searching wireless internet service providers by zip code. One frustrating day I grabbed my laptop and logged onto my satellite Internet and began scouring search engines for coupon deals and in my feverish attempt to save money, I discovered comparison shopping and savings right from the comforts of my living room.

I could pull up all sorts of company websites offering printable (and free) coupons for their products. I searched my favorite brands, found coupons and with a click of the button had coupons being delivered to me.

I found hundreds of dollars of coupons for sale on eBay. I scooped up an auction. When I received the coupons, I added up the total savings I was entitled to and had over $271. I used enough coupons to save a total of $78 in three shopping trips. My cost: $3.89 plus fifty-cents for shipping.

I found a great store comparison website (www.groceryguide.com) that offers all my local grocery store’s sales for the week. No need to wait for store ads to come out.

No more worries when I’m trying to scoop up deals and save money. Now I just flip on the power button to my huges net and begin printing and bidding.



We were watching a show on TV and found ourselves pulled into a story about a young girl that had not had the best life. Many of her decisions had led her down a wrong path and she found herself in an opiate detox. They actually filmed the struggle that this girl had and it was amazing the different girl that came out of that entire experience. She has totally changed her life around after she became free of her drug dependency. She said looking back she gave the credit to the detox center and they of course said that it was her and all her that changed her life. It was an amazing success story.

It is that time of year again where everyone is heading out to their favorite vacation spots. That destination for many means a Branson vacation. It is so relaxing and the water is so beautiful. The weather is perfect for any outdoor fun and if you want to shop the malls are there waiting for you. We went one year and enjoyed it so much we keep going back. We have meet several people that have also chosen Branson as their vacation getaway. It is nice when you find a spot that fits everything that you need in a vacation and then you look forward to it every year.

Our kids are now getting their first cars. They have been so excited about this event! They picked their choices according to how much their auto insurance costs would be. They are responsible for the cost of their insurance and we bought the cars. The good part about that is they choose according to the cheapest insurance which means we got a lower price car then the sporty cars they were discussing at first. They found out the more sporty the car the higher the insurance so they went with more economical cars. They found the insurance to be very affordable and now they are dealing with the cost of fuel and once again they are glad they choose economical!

On a vacation we take every year to the mountains to relax we could not help but notice how the entire cabin is set in the woods and the interior reflects it. There is log furniture throughout the cabin giving the inside as relaxing of a feel as the outside. We had often wondered why even the inside of the cabin had a mountain getaway feeling and when we took time to notice that is why. We had always thought of the stay as an entire picture but now we see that it is actually a lot of little details that help to make our vacation getaway so relaxing and fun. Since we noticed the details in the cabin we have now slowed our vacation down to notice many things that we had seen so many times before but never really looked at. It is amazing what you miss when you are not looking.

Our daughter has always had trouble finding the right size clothes. She will find something that she likes to wear and then they will not have her size. Since she wears in between regular small and petite clothing it can be a challenge to get the styles that she wants to wear from the clothing that is available. Fortunately for her there are more stores carrying the smaller clothing then there use to be so we have a better selection then before.

We took a trip to a busy mall and had so much fun shopping and seeing the sites. There were so many people there and they all had one thing in common. It seems everyone had an Iphone. Some people would drop them in their purses and others in their pockets. I hope they all had one more thing in common and that is a iphone warranty! It seems people some times forget that Iphones are little computers and not as durable as they are asking them to be.

When my sons were very small I had given them personalized footballs. They liked them then but as time has passed they appreciate them more. They like the look of them on their display shelves in their room. My youngest did not get one and so this holiday I will be making one more purchase of a personalized football to add to our collection. When my daughters heard my wife and I talking they wondered why only the boys get footballs so I think I will have to add a few more to our collection for our girls.

When my daughter got her first office job my wife and I thought that the perfect gift for her was a womens briefcase. When we began looking we did not know that we would have such a big selection to choose from. My next daughter is about to get her first office job as well and we have already began our search for the perfect briefcase. I still use the case I began working with many years ago so I know how important having a good briefcase can be.
