Cruise to Fall

Fall is now here, time to prepare our lives for cooling weather.  We started doing some cleanup and getting ready over the week end.  I am kinda glad that summer is over.  But the positive side is with days getting shorter there will be more time to blog. To fight off the upcoming changes would to be head down south to the carribean for one of those cruises on a ship.  There are lots of folks who do winter crusies  in Bahamas and summer cruises in Alaska. Sounds like a plan count me in.

Sometimes Non-Digital Marketing makes Sense

One of my on-going projects is a screen room kit do-it-yourself business.  It’s website generates leads that inturn generates sales.  I have been marketing HomeLivingSpaces.com on the internet for several years now, getting about 500 screen room kit leads a year. That is pretty good.  This type of business makes sense to  marketing in the non-digital marketing world.  Regular marketing works well when screen room kits are advertised in newsprint, magazines, billboards, signs and magnet signs on side of trucks or cars.  Also flyers can generate leads of this type of business.  To get the most leads we have started using alot of the non-digital marketing.  In business it not how you drive it is how you arrive. If the lead if from a digital source or a non-digital source does not matter, what matter is getting the sale.

Non-Digital Marketing still works, but do all to get the maximum amount of leads

Peace of Mind: Life Insurance

Week I get in-indated with ads for credit cards, you have one millions of dollars and life insurance both in the mail and e-mail. Most of them I delete or recycle the envelopes. I have spent many years studying mail in one form or fashion for years. Then there are some ads that stand out that are worth. The one that caught my eye was $1.00 dollar buys you $50K of senior life insurance.

This is very cheap for insurance, I am always looking for reducing my expenses. This one I cannot use maybe in several years I will have aged enough. I will keep my eye out for cheaper insurance.
